200 Years of Australian Paintings - Edited by Laurie Thomas
To celebrate the Australian bicentenary, the author selected 60 works of art. These became the first fully illustrated introduction to the subject. His choice included familiar works and others reproduced for the first time. They were deliberately designed to show the diversity of subject, style and technique evoked by Australia of those artists who had lived and worked in this country.
