Crown Street Cooks: Food from the heart of Surry Hills
Released in 2010, this first cookbook was so successful it was reprinted in 2011 and is now being release yet again in 2019. Featuring recipes from Jane and Jeremy Strode, Bill Granger, Kylie Kwong, Mark Best, Alex Herbert, Luke Nguyen and the Crown Street Public School community, our little cookbook sold 7,000 copies. Crown Street Cooks raised much needed funds for our tiny inner-city primary school and $1 from every cookbook was donated to the Salvation Army's Oasis Youth Support Network in Surry Hills.
